Die Überschriften geben an, zu welchem Gebiet das Bild vom URL her passen würde. Viele dieser Bilder sind vermutlich einfach "historischer Müll", der aus Original-Karten übernommen wurde, im Spiel aber gar nicht vorkommt, weil die Felder in der Story eben keinen Platz fanden oder weil es mehrere alternative Bilder zum gleichen Feld gab. Einige könnten allerdings auch zu bislang ungelösten Quests oder unentdeckten Dungeons gehören.
Es wurden bereits sehr viele "UFOs" auf den Servern entdeckt. Bei den meisten davon handelt es sich wohl um historische Relikte, die es nicht bis ins endgültige Spiel geschafft haben, sei es nun aus ästhetischen, aus Platzgründen, oder weil Alternativbilder zur Verfügung standen. UFOs - Unbekannte Feld-Objekte: Die Bilder auf dieser Seite liegen alle auf dem offiziellen Freewar-Server, sie kommen jedoch in keinem der bekannten Gebiete vor. Ihre Bild-URLs sind erraten (z.B. ein Gebiet hat die Bilder blub001.jpg bis blub055.jpg, aber blub040.jpg kommt nirgends vor, dann probiert man halt mal, ob es den URL gibt...). Die Grundidee dahinter ist, einen verborgenen Quest "von hinten" aufzurollen.

Es wurden bereits sehr viele "UFOs" auf den Servern entdeckt. Bei den meisten davon handelt es sich wohl um historische Relikte, die es nicht bis ins endgültige Spiel geschafft haben, sei es nun aus ästhetischen, aus Platzgründen, oder weil Alternativbilder zur Verfügung standen. Aus diesen Gründen sollen hier auch nicht alle bekannten UFOs gepostet werden, weil sie einfach zu uninteressant sind und wenig zum Thema Questforschung beitragen!


Diese Bilder können gepostet werden:

  • (Markante) Einzelbilder, die auf einen versteckten Quest hindeuten könnten
  • Mehrere Bilder (also möglichst vollständige Maps) bisher (noch) unbekannter Gebiete und Dungeons (sollten diese den Weg ins echte Spiel finden, so werden sie hier dann gelöscht).

Diese Bilder bitte nicht posten:

  • Einzelbilder ohne wirkliche Aussagekraft
  • Bilder, die im Grunde Duplikate von bereits vorhandenen Bildern im Spiel sind und nur einen anderen Dateinamen tragen.


Regelmässige Leser des Forums erkennen vielleicht einige Bilder aus Forum-Karteneinreichungen wieder und können etwas dazu sagen...

Durch einen Zufall konnten auf allen offiziellen Spieleservern Mapbilder eines bisher unbekannten Gebiets entdeckt werden. Ob es sich dabei um einen Quest handelt, ist noch offen. Es ist jedoch wahrscheinlicher, dass es sich dabei um einen kleinen Teil eines Gebiets handelt, das demnächst erst noch freigeschaltet wird. Trotzdem wird es hier zunächst mal aufgeführt. Von den Koordinaten her liegt das Gebiet östlich bis südöstlich der Felseninsel.
